I helped fight this 3-3-3 alarm fire in a warehouse on Carnegie Avenue on Clevelands east side. The flames and smoke could be seen for miles and cars near the building were consumed.

Worst fire in Cleveland history DISTURBING FOOTAGE. This is one of the most tragic fires in Cleveland history. Our condolences go out to the family of the eight children and one adult who lost their lives in this house fire. The reaction of the survivors is hard to watch. Even the Battalion Chief is overcome with grief and is helped to the squad by two of his firefighters.

When the first World Trade Center tower was hit on 9-11 a resident near the towers set up his video camera on a tripod to record the fire. His camera caught the second plane slamming into the second tower. It was the beginning of the nightmare for the New York City Fire Department and all of America.

We at FootyFD are saddened every time lives are lost at a fire which is what happened at this house fire at Fulton Road and Bangor in Cleveland Ohio. A family of four died in this house fire. You can see how fast the fire totally consumed the first floor making any escape nearly impossible.
